Motorcyclist sustains slight injuries

A motorcyclist sustained slight injuries after he was involved in an incident with a car on Zugerstrasse in the city on Monday morning.
 
The incident happened at 10.45 am as the motorcyclist was heading north towards Baar. He thought the car in front was about to turn left so he began to manoeuvre to overtake on the right but, as he did so, the car turned right and he had to take evasive action, causing him to fall from his machine.
 
The police have since issued an appeal for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, particularly those who were in ensuing vehicles, to contact them without delay on 041 728 41 41.
